Alright, This is a sad day for me so I'm posting a pretty sad band. This is literally everything that emo should be. Everything that embodies the post hardcore/emo genre. Every other band labelled emo is just trying to live up to them. Which makes it even more poignant and a testament to their greatness that they broke up a little bit ago. They put out one 6-song EP and split, and it is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard. The lyrics are pure poetry that should have been written in the time of shakespeare. They even have about 2 or 3 people screaming/singing at any given time. Every song is epic. It would be an understatement to say I love this band. Every song on the EP is amazing but I personally recommend the songs "Ambivalence" and "Lord, Bless our imperfections for they are all we have left." The lyrics and pure passion with which they are sung blow me away every time I hear them.
